Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Our teams bring everything, including eco-friendly cleaners, color-coded microfiber cloths and HEPA vacuums. If you’d prefer we use a specific product in your home, just let us know.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. BLK Cleaning is insured and bonded, and every team member passes a background check and completes our training before working in a client’s home or business.

How is pricing calculated?

Quotes are flat-rate and based on the size and condition of your space, the service you choose and how often you’d like us to come. You’ll see the full price before you book, and it won’t change on the day.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s up to you. Many clients give us a key, lockbox code or smart-lock access. We’ll text when we arrive and when we finish.
